An important part of enrolling in any college course is understanding the tuition payment process.

Financial Agreement

的 Financial Agreement form establishes an understanding between the student and the university, confirming that tuition and fees will be invoiced to your account. It also clarifies the available payment options. This form needs to be reviewed and signed by the student.

How to Access the Form:

  • 登录 myLEO and select Registration, Records and Grades
  • On the next screen, choose Registration
  • 的n select Register/Add or Drop Classes

Payment Deadlines

学费

学费 may be paid in full or through an installment payment plan. Making a partial payment on an account is not the same as setting up a payment plan, so please be wary of making partial payments. 学费 is typically due the day before classes start. To confirm payment deadlines, visit the myLEO portal or the Critical Dates 在A页上&M-商务 website.

恢复

After the first 类的一天, all students have an additional 15 days to make payment arrangements before they are dropped from their classes. If you are dropped from dual credit classes, you will have five days to get those classes reinstated by filling out a 恢复 Form.

恢复 Fee

A $200 reinstatement fee will be charged to your account after you submit your 恢复 Form. Please do not make additional payments to your account until after the $200 reinstatement fee appears.

学生 are no longer eligible to enroll in any classes after the 20th 类的一天.

Payment Options

If a dual credit student is responsible for paying their tuition, they have the option to either pay their balance in full or set up an installment payment plan. 学生 may use the following methods to pay the balance on their account:

  • LeoPay (located inside the myLEO 门户网站)
  • 父母LeoPay: You can authorize a parent or third party to make payment arrangements on your behalf through 父母LeoPay (through LeoPay). After you have granted them access, they will be able to view bills, make payments or manage your account.
  • Mailed Payments
  • Telephone Payments
  • In-Person Payments

Financial 援助 for Dual Credit 学生

Some dual credit students may qualify for Financial 援助 for Swift 转移 (FAST). 的 FAST program provides funding to participating public institutions of higher education so they can offer dual credit courses to educationally disadvantaged students at no cost.
